Tracing is performed with absolute precision using fully automatic processes, and an intuitive graphic display is employed to control functions and display the lens form. Accurate decentration and blocking together with an Optical Trace system for automatic drill hole detection, plus the innovative Modifier for rimless lens shape modification. Adaptive edging with variable lens clamping and grinding pressure to facilitate processing of extreme shapes, different materials and special coatings – remembering that WECO has more than 5 years experience with automatic drilling.
